The US Open ADA Mini Suite
The main floor ADA mini suite is one of the largest suite rentals at Courtwood Inn. In patriotic red, white and blue, it will remind you of the US Open championships in late summer in NYC. There is an original poster from the 2013 US Open and the bedside lights are filled with US Open tennis balls. A walk-in closet has a mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker and ample shelf space at multiple levels. The spacious bathroom has double sinks, a roll-in shower and a 2-person JASON MicroSilk spa tub. With your own private patio area just outside your room on our main deck, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful, tranquil setting.
This ADA accessible room has the following features:
Wireless doorbell with flashing LED light; 33” wide doorways to entry, bathroom and walk-in closet; 5’ turning radius in bedroom and bathroom; 18” high Toto toilet with grab bars; 33” high double sink vanity; roll-in shower with bench seat (additional shower chair available upon request) and with hand-held and regular showerheads; step stool for assisted access to CA king bed.
The path from the free ADA van accessible parking place to our inn’s guest entrance is via a 10’ x 5’ concrete ramp. Upon passing through the no-step front door, there is level access to the check-in area, US Open ADA mini-suite, Great Room, refreshment counter, dining room and main deck.
Disabled persons have priority in booking this room, by law, if other rooms are available.
